Sequoia Community Health Centers is now Clinica Sierra Vista.
Sequoia Community Health Foundation, Inc, founded in 1978, provided primary medical and dental care to the Fresno community. Sequoia Community Health Foundation filed Chapter 11 Bankruptcy in June 2008 and on October 15, 2008 was acquired by Clinica Sierra Vista to continue to provide services to the community. Sequoia's clinics, programs and services have been renamed and are now owned and operated by Clinica Sierra Vista.
