Job Description
Clinical SupervisorFull-time
Provides professional nursing care as it relates to outpatient clinic services. Directs, supervises and coordinates staff and day-to-day clinical operations at assigned center to provide quality, cost-effective care. Works with Administrative Supervisor to coordinate operational services, both administrative and clinical, to meet the patient needs on a local level. Serves as a troubleshooter of minor events on a day-to-day basis in the areas of staff scheduling, staff performance, and facilities maintenance.
Must be a graduate of an accredited school with an LVN or RN degree; minimum of one (1) year experience in area of assignment: patient screening, venipuncture and medication administration; ability to work with people of diverse cultures and economic classes; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Current California Vocational Nurse License or Registered Nurse License; current
CPR card from the American Heart Association; experience and knowledge of online patient clinical systems, preferably HealthPro; demonstrated leadership experience and/or special projects motivating a group of people.
