At Sequoia, we support a comprehensive health care team of medical providers, nurses and ancillary staff. Our centers have a solid ratio of support staff for each medical provider in order to assure our patients receive high-quality care in a patient-friendly environment.

We offer a competitive benefits package which includes 100% employer-paid health insurance for all full-time and many part-time employees as well as a shared contribution toward vision and dental insurance. Employees may elect to include and contribute for a spouse and dependents on these plans. Sequoia also provides each eligible employee with a life insurance policy and long-term disability. Employees may participate in a 403b retirement plan to which Sequoia contributes up to five-hundred dollars each year. Employees such as our medical providers are also eligible to participate in a 457 plan. In addition to insurance benefits, Sequoia offers a generous time-off policy including vacation, sick and holiday time.
