Anticoagulation/Medication Management Services

One service provided by Clinical Pharmacy Services is the Anticoagulation/Medication Management Services. This service, provided through Sequoia’s affiliation with UCSF-Fresno Pharmacy Education Program, sets up at least 30-minute visits between the patient and a Clinical Pharmacist to manage disease states, address medication concerns, and ensure patients are on the most affordable medications. Currently, this service is available at the Bullard site on Tuesday’s. Patient’s can make an appointment by calling Bullard at (559) 457-6800 and letting the scheduler know you need an appointment with Dr. Nancy Nkansah.
